Power cycle your device:

First, locate the white cable that provides power to your EMRFaxBox device.

Now follow it to the wall or surge protector it is plugged into, and unplug it. Verify the lights on your device are off.

Wait for 10 seconds, then plug the device back in.

In about 1-2 minutes, check to see if your problem is fixed. If not, report it to support@emrfaxbox.com immediately.
